Xbox - Worms 3D Sega has made the classic WORMS game 3D with WORMS: 3D, a strategy game that puts players at the head of a worm army. The goal of the game, like the previous WORMS games, is to destroy the opposing worms using a multitude of weapons sheep equipment and attacks that range from the serious Uzis to the amusing exploding sheep. The gameplay is turn-based, giving the player control of a single worm each turn. The chosen worm can attack, move, jump over obstacles, or use items like jetpacks to reach other spots on the map. Worms in close proximity to each other can battle until one has no health points left. Another tactic is to push an opposing worm into the water that borders each map. The single player mode has three different options. Players can follow a campaign, attempt to accomplish different goals in challenge mode, or select the quick start option, which immediately starts a game. Campaign mode unlocks more challenges in challenge mode. Up to four players can take part in the multiplayer game, which also allows players to customize things like worm health sheep equipment and weapon abilities. For players who enjoy silly, somewhat off-beat games, WORMS: 3D is the perfect game for them.
